Our Delivery Guidelines
Transit time of delivery within Europe is 1-4 business days.
Over 95% of all deliveries occur within these guidelines. Please reach out if your order hasn't been received within one full business day beyond these guidelines and we'll work with the courier to find out what's gone wrong, and if we're not satisfied we'll ship your goods again for free, using an express service where available.
To Your Door
Our couriers will attempt to deliver the goods to your door. If you are not home at the time then we have given them permission to leave the goods at your door or in a safe place nearby. If you live in a dwelling with a shared entrance (e.g. an apartment) then the couriers are by law not permitted to leave the goods if no-one is home. The driver will then leave a calling card for you to arrange a re-delivery for collection nearby. This usually depends on the courier and your location.

Want to collect your parcel when it suits you? Choose Mondial Relay at checkout, pop in your postcode, and we’ll show you nearby pickup points — like a local shop or a locker.
Delivery is fast: just 3–5 working days. Once your parcel’s on the way, tracking starts, and you’ll get an SMS or email when it’s ready to collect. You’ve got up to 5 days to pick it up from a store or locker.
Is someone else picking it up? No problem — they just need the pickup code and some ID.

Hypoallergenic, dermatologically tested, latex-free, unisex, and easy to change. Just put them on and do your thing.
Sizing
Small: Recommended for waists 60 to 100cm
Medium: Recommended for waists 80 to 120cm
Large: Recommended for waists 110 to 140cm
X-Large: Recommended for waists 135 to 170cm

How to wear
Once you’ve got a pair of Invizi Pants out of their packaging, fold them in half lengthways. Cup your hands over the absorption pad of the pants, moving your hands up and down/back and forth.
This helps soften the product to mould to your body for the ultimate Invizi fit, and also activates the leak guards inside the leg openings.
To remove, you can either pull the pants down and over the feet or tear at the side seam on one or both sides depending on the wearer’s preference.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I use this product invizi pants -- plus and find them generally very good. The only real complaint I have is that I think the padding in these pants should be thicker so as to absorb more liquid. I have had times when the absorbency has failed and I have had to change clothes, bedding ect. This is embarrassing 😳 other than this I find the product very good.

Firstly thank you for being such a loyal regular customer.The thing that makes any pad more absorbent is not the thickness of the pad (that is just fluff) but rather the amount of SuperAbsorbent Polymer (SAP) - which are those tiny crystals you can feel in the fluff when you select a new pair of pants.
Your recent orders have been for the Invizi Pants PLUS which have really good absorbency levels however our Invizi Pants MAXI have about 30% more SAP and therefore substantially more absorbent than the PLUS pants.
We would be happy to swap out any PLUS pants you have for MAXI and then on future orders can we recommend you purchase the Maxi variety as these should accommodate any times where the leakage may be higher.
